	*Tanya Morrison, Patient Care Coordinator* I have been with West County Dental since January 2006 beginning as Dr. Spalitto's chairside assistant and eventually moving to the front office. Due to being cross-trained, I enjoy all aspects of the dental field. In my spare time, I love to travel with my husband and son in our RV! I am also enjoying life with our new dog, Tucker!

*Debbie Meadows, Office Manager* I have been in the dental field for over 20 years beginning at West County Dental in 1993. I enjoy working with patients building strong relationships and assisting them in setting goals for their dental health. I live just outside St. Louis with my husband, Matt and three children. I love to boat and jetski with family and friends in my spare time!

	*Lisa Eschbacher, Registered Dental Hygienist* I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Loyola, New Orleans in 1986. I have worked in both pediatric and general dentist offices. My goal is to help my patients acheive and maintain oral health. I love helping patients understand their dental needs and feel like I learn a lot from them as well. I spend most of my spare time with my husband and four children. We enjoy camping, and recently completed our quest to see all five of the Great Lakes. Now we are looking for a new adventure! I am an animal lover with two large dogs, a few cats and a bunch of fish.

*Brittany Piquard, Clinical Assistant* I am a graduate of Missouri College with a diploma in Dental Assisting. I enjoy working at West County Dental because all our patients are treated like family! When I'm not at work, I enjoy going to concerts, spending time with my two babies, Monster and Ginger (dogs) and being outdoors.

	*Pam Range, Registered Dental Hygienist* I graduated from Forest Park Community College in 2003 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. I enjoy working with patients, establishing good rapport while helping them achieve optimal dental health. My husband, Doug and I have two sons. In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, music, jogging and spending time with family and friends.

*Melanie Bassham, Clinical Assistant* I have been in the dental field for over 14 years and have my expanded duties certification. I love to attend continuing educatiton courses to keep us on the cutting edge of the newest technologies. My goal is to make my patients feel as stress free as possible during their dental visits. My husband and I have a son who loves sports. We spend our days going to his games! I also am a big FAN of college football!!!
